Rosalin Pugh

​Rosalin currently serves as the Music Director & Worship Leader @ First Baptist Church of Vacaville.  She is a “vessel for God” with a gift of communication through music.  She has been blessed to travel Nationally from the West to the East Coast, and Internationally throughout Europe, spreading God's word and leading souls to the throne of God through Praise & Worship.  This Singer/Songwriter inspires people and encourages them to seek the Lord and His ways, look beyond themselves and their own inadequacies, and look to the promises of the word of God.

Rosalin discovered her gift of singing at a very young age in Gary, Indiana, singing alongside her siblings weekly at Church. After graduating college, she migrated to California to further her career in music.  So far, she has released 5 CDs and her latest CD titled, , "Because Of Your Love" 2018, features the legendary, Lenny Williams!  Her music is available worldwide to include ITunes, Spotify, Amazon, and other major retailers.


Gospel Recording Artist - Praise & Worship Leader

Rosalin has been walking with the Lord for quite some time, teaching others the art of singing and playing, as well as producing other Artists.  She also spends time ministering at Women's Prisons and Juvenile Detention Centers. 

Her favorite scripture is:  “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me”.  Philippians 4:13.

She received her degree in Music in 2003 and her  “Doctorate of Ministry” in 2004.  She continues to conduct Music Ministry Workshops from the West to the East Coast whenever called upon, inspiring others organizational structure, with an emphasis on “Praise & Worship”.   She founded BSharp Academy, a Music & Arts Academy specializing in teaching, Piano, Voice, Drums, Guitar, and Organ for ages 5 & Up.  For more information, see www.bsharpacademy.com.

In March 2011, Rosalin was featured on CBS News/Channel 5, as well as all the local Newspapers for receiving the "Jefferson Award", which honors and recognizes those that serve their local communities through volunteering of public service.  She was also nominated “Pianist of the Year” by the Academy of Gospel Music Awards, San Francisco, CA in 2003 and she adds the following to her credits:  Performed back-up singing for Celine Dion’s “Power of the Dream”, Guest Soloist at Solano County Fairs, Soulbeat Television, The Gospel Express Public Radio Show, Black Expo, AT&T Channel 26, Wee Poets TV Show, Mahogany Expressions TV Show, many Juneteenth Festivals, opened for the following TV Personalities:  Judge Mablean Ephraim, Fred Price, Norman Hutchins, Mom & Pop Winans, Rance Allen, just to name a few.  She's also been interviewed live several times on "The Light" radio station as one of the Bay Area's Finest!
